Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Health Coaching Programs and Services are undertaken either by single-session booked basis or ongoing subscription basis.  A subscription entitles the client to one 50-minute Health Coaching Session per payment period.  This session is then booked by the client at an available time on which is convenient to them.  The stated cost of the subscription is deducted from the client’s credit card each stated payment period (e.g. per week).  A subscription can be cancelled at any time by the client using the link provided in the booking email.  All payments must be received 48 hours in advance of scheduled sessions and may be made by credit card on or bank transfer.  Currency used is British Pounds.  Booked sessions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time and fees paid will be returned via the payment method used, less any service provider fees.  Once taken, sessions will not be refunded.  Sophia Englezos reserves the right to cancel the program if at any point she feels it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue.  Each Health Coaching session is 50 minutes in duration and will end 50 minutes after it was scheduled to begin.  If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the session, the Client must do so 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that session and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it.  Sessions must be taken within one week of the date initially booked. 

Payment for online programs will be taken prior to commencing the program.  Refunds for online programs are not generally given but will be considered on a case-by-case basis when an application is made via email, in writing, to
